- What are credits and parallel jobs?
- Each task or activity you perform on our platform consumes a specific number of credits, which are deducted from your account balance. To run an operation - such as "AI Image to Video," which costs 50 credits - you’ll need at least that amount of credits in your account. Parallel jobs refer to the number of tasks you can execute simultaneously. For instance, if you have 2 parallel jobs, you can run two operations at once, like generating an AI image and creating AI speech in parallel.
- What is the difference between monthly & one-time credits?
- Monthly credits are recurring credits that are added to your account balance every month. These credits expire at the end of the month and do not carry over to the next month. One-time credits are non-recurring credits that are added to your account balance only once. These credits do not expire and can be used at any time. We add 25 one-time credits to your account when you sign up for a free account.
- Are subscription credits carried forward?
- No, subscription credits are not carried forward. Any unused credits at the end of the month will expire and will not be carried over to the next month. However, one-time credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
- Can I upgrade an existing subscription?
- Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time. When you upgrade, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the month, and your new subscription will begin immediately with the full monthly credit allocation of the upgraded plan. If you’re on an annual plan, you may only upgrade to a higher annual plan due to technical and payment gateway limitations.
- Can I downgrade or cancel an existing subscription?
- You can cancel your subscription anytime! However to downgrade, you will need to wait until the end of your current billing cycle. Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be billed again, and your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Any unused credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
- Can I get a refund?
- Since AI operations are very resource-intensive, we do not offer refunds for credits that have been used. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, and if possible we will compensate with complementary one-time credits.
- What are our business hours?
- We are available Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time). We are closed on weekends and public holidays. However, you can reach out to us at any time, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you want to schedule a call outside our working hours, please visit this link & book a slot.
